SPRINTER WRAPS

Full and partial wraps for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter fleets — designed once, printed to one spec, installed anywhere in the country.

THE BEST CANVAS IN YOUR FLEET

A Sprinter gives you flat, tall, uninterrupted side panels and a high roofline that puts your branding at eye level for other drivers. Wrapped properly, one van generates tens of thousands of impressions a month as it works its normal route.

The catch is consistency. Wrap ten Sprinters at ten different local shops and you will get ten slightly different reds. We print every panel from one approved file so the tenth van matches the first.

SPRINTER VAN WRAPS FOR COMMERCIAL FLEETS

The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is the workhorse of American service fleets, and it is one of the best vehicles on the road to wrap. The long, flat body panels give you close to 200 square feet of uninterrupted canvas on each side — more usable advertising space than a box truck of comparable length, and far more than a pickup.

National Car Wraps designs, prints and installs Sprinter wraps for fleets running in one city or in forty states. You approve one design; we handle installation everywhere your vans actually are.

HIGH-ROOF, STANDARD-ROOF AND EXTENDED SPRINTERS

Sprinters are sold in enough configurations that a wrap quote means very little until we know which one you run. The three measurements that matter:

  • Roof height. A high-roof Sprinter adds roughly a foot and a half of vertical panel on each side. That is real estate you are paying for either way — it is worth designing for rather than leaving as blank white above the artwork.
  • Wheelbase. The 144-inch and 170-inch wheelbases are the common ones. The 170 extended adds close to five feet of side panel, which changes both the material count and how your logo needs to be scaled so it still reads at a distance.
  • Body style. Cargo, crew and passenger Sprinters have different window layouts. Windows either break up your design or become perforated-vinyl coverage, and that is a decision to make at the design stage, not at the installer’s bay.

LADDER RACKS, UPFITS AND OTHER OBSTRUCTIONS

Most working Sprinters are not blank vans. Ladder racks, roof vents, shelving brackets, rear step bumpers and aftermarket lighting all sit in the way of a clean install.

None of that prevents a wrap, but it does change the quote and the schedule. Racks usually have to come off and go back on, which adds labor. Rivets and body seams need post-heating so the vinyl stays down. We ask for photos of your actual vans up front specifically so these show up in the estimate instead of on the invoice.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO WRAP A SPRINTER VAN?

Sprinter wrap pricing tracks coverage more than anything else. As a working range: partial wraps and door-and-panel graphics generally start around $1,500, while a full wrap on a high-roof, long-wheelbase Sprinter typically lands between $3,500 and $5,500 per van installed.

Fleet volume moves that number. Design is amortized across the whole run, and printing twenty identical vans costs meaningfully less per unit than printing one. Our vehicle wrap pricing calculator will get you a ballpark in a couple of minutes, or request a quote and we will price your exact configuration.

WRAPPING A SPRINTER FLEET IN MORE THAN ONE STATE

This is the part most wrap shops cannot do. A local shop can wrap the six Sprinters parked at your yard. It cannot wrap the six in Dallas, the four in Atlanta and the nine in Sacramento to the same spec, in the same window, with the same colors.

We run a vetted installer network across the country, print every panel from one approved file, and coordinate scheduling so vans go down in waves instead of all at once. Here is how the process works.

SPRINTER WRAPS AND THE REST OF YOUR FLEET

Most fleets we wrap are mixed. If you are also running cargo vans, box trucks or pickups, the same artwork needs to be adapted per body style so the brand reads consistently across all of them. See our commercial van wraps, box truck wraps and truck wraps pages, or start at fleet wraps for the whole picture.

Frequently Asked Questions

A single Sprinter is usually a one to two day job once the printed vinyl is on site — high-roof and extended-wheelbase vans sit at the longer end. Add a day if ladder racks or shelving have to be removed and refitted. For fleets we stagger installs so you are never missing more than a couple of vans at a time.

No. Cast vinyl applied to factory paint in good condition comes off cleanly, and it actually shields the paint underneath from UV and road debris for the life of the wrap. Resprayed or oxidized panels are the exception — tell us up front if a van has had body work, and we will check adhesion before scheduling.

Five to seven years on quality cast vinyl with a laminate, assuming the van is washed regularly and not stored in permanent direct sun. Vans that live outdoors in Arizona or Florida sit at the shorter end. Roof and hood surfaces always fade first because they take the most direct sunlight.

Yes, and it is one of the more common reasons fleets choose wraps over paint. Because the vinyl comes off without damaging the paint, you can hand the van back at lease end in original condition. Budget for removal — it is a real line item, and we quote it up front rather than surprising you at turn-in.

Only if you want them wrapped. Cargo Sprinters with solid panels are straightforward. On crew and passenger vans we use perforated window vinyl, which reads as solid graphics from outside while staying see-through from the driver’s seat. It is legal on rear and side glass in most states, but never on the windshield or front side windows.

Yes. We keep your approved artwork and color profiles on file, so a Sprinter added to the fleet two years from now gets printed from the same file and comes out matching the vans wrapped today — regardless of which installer in our network does the work.
