Warranty Terms and Conditions

Governing Law: Florida, Broward County


These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the warranty provided by National Car Wraps (“Company”) for vehicle wrap installations. By purchasing and accepting a vehicle wrap from National Car Wraps, the customer (“Customer”) agrees to the following terms:


1. Warranty Coverage
National Car Wraps guarantees the quality and workmanship of all vehicle wrap installations and provides a limited warranty against wrap-related issues, including:
Peeling, lifting, bubbling, or premature fading caused by installation defects.
Material failure due to improper installation.
This warranty covers only wrap-related issues that result from our installation process and the quality of materials used.


2. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from accidents, collisions, vandalism, theft, or external forces.
Improper care, misuse, or failure to follow maintenance instructions.
Exposure to extreme conditions, including but not limited to excessive heat, chemicals, or pressure washing.
Normal wear and tear, including fading due to prolonged UV exposure over time.
Any modifications, removal, or tampering with the wrap after installation by anyone other than National Car Wraps.


3. Warranty Period
The warranty period is 1 year from the date of installation.
Customers must report warranty claims within 30 days of noticing the issue.
Claims must be submitted with photographic evidence and proof of purchase.


4. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the Customer must:
Contact National Car Wraps at info@nationalcarwraps.com
Provide detailed photographs and a description of the issue.
Bring the vehicle to an authorized National Car Wraps location for inspection.
If the defect is determined to be covered under this warranty, National Car Wraps will repair or replace the affected portion of the wrap at no cost to the Customer.


5. Limitation of Liability
National Car Wraps is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or failure of the wrap.
Under no circumstances shall the Company’s liability exceed the original cost of the wrap installation.


6. No Refund Policy
This warranty applies to repair or replacement only. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.


7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, Broward County.
Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Broward County, Florida, and the Customer agrees to waive any right to file a lawsuit.


8. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting the vehicle wrap installation project, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
